A Shift in Marketing Strategies

At present, over 2,000 people have registered which may translate into 80% of sales within six months.  MRCB Chief Operating Officer Kwan Joon Hoe says that they would be investing in digital marketing as a strategy to acquire sales, targeting young couples and business professionals and investors:

“Trends and culture of searching have changed over time, and for the property market, we intend to shift the traditional perception of acquiring properties. It is going to be convenient and I believe it will enhance our marketing strategy,”adds Kwan.
