Sukhumvit

 Known for a number of high-rise condominiums and apartments such as The LINE Sukhumvit 101, this area is surrounded by shopping malls like Terminal 21, institutions, hospitals and entertainment centres such as Dinosaur Theme Park and Kamthieng House Museum. These nearby attractions make Sukhumvit one of the top property locations most expatriates choose for their Bangkok property.

The BTS along Sukhumvit Road that starts at Mo Chi and ends at On Nut , plus the interchange at Asoke’s MRTA Subway system  links Sukhumvit to other areas which adds to what it can offer as a property location.

Silom and Sathorn

The beauty of the Silom and Sathorn area is that most of the high-rise and low-rise condos are situated along the BTS Skytrain route (Silom BTS, Sathorn BTS, Surawong BTS) which give the residents utmost convenience for traveling around. Aside from the easy access by the BTS, entertainment venues, shopping malls, office buildings and five-star hotels are also nearby.

Sri Mariam Temple, Queen Saovabha Snake Farm, Patpong Night Market and the State Tower are some of the attractions in Silom and Sathorn.

Central Lumpini

Central Lumpini’s land area holds some of the highest valued lands due to the limited number of freehold development mostly owned by the Crown Property Bureau, which makes properties available on a 30-year lease basis only.

Bangkok’s biggest urban park can be found in Central Lumpini, as well as luxury condominiums, embassies and offices.

Riverside

Slowly becoming buyers’ favourite, Riverside offers a stunning view of the Chao Phraya River  and provides a relaxing environment. The sky train links the condominiums located on both sides of the river. Among the areas of the Riverside are Charoennakorn Road, Charoenkrung Road and Rama III Road.

Have a walk around the area where you can see some of Riverside’s attractions such as Asiatique The Riverfront, Wat Arun, The Grand Palace and Royal Barges Museum to name a few.

Rama III

Bangkok property location Rama III offers condominiums that are more competitively priced than those at the Central Lumpini. Surrounding these Bangkok condos are entertainment hubs like the Central Rama 3.

The area of Rama III covers Narathiwas-Ratchanakarin Road (south of Chan Road), Charoenkrung Road and Rama III Road.
