A nature-inspired real estate development by UOL and Singapore Land Limited, this 505-unit Singapore property in Clementi managed to sell 195 units out of the 250 units that were released for sale on the first weekend of its launch.

This number is a promising start for UOL Group. In an article published on Straits Times, UOL Group general manager for marketing Anthony Wong said that keen interest across all unit types could be “due to the pent-up demand in the vicinity and reasonable pricing.”
