Competition among Asia properties is getting fiercer, with property investors becoming more elaborate in their real estate investments. Part of this is owed to their desire of making property news headlines. The bigger the buzz, the more investors are drawn in to make a property investment. However, that isn’t the only way to attract overseas property buyers. Recognition from the prestigious International Property Awards is also a great contributing factor in the decision-making of an investor.
About the Awards
The International Property Awards is an award-giving body that pays tribute to outstanding property developers or professionals of the year. This tradition started in 1995, with only 10 categories up for grabs at the time. This year, there are a total of 36 titles to be won which are divided under four different categories.
The categories are as follows:
- Architecture
- Development
- Interior Design
- Real Estate
Asia Properties Winners
The awarding for International winners of this year will take place on December 2016. Contenders from Asia Pacific and Africa were already awarded, which made property news headlines early this year. Nominees for International awarding were also released. Check out some of the Asia properties that walked away with a win, which we’ve rounded up below.
Best Condominium Awards
Singapore’s best condominium of the year went to Principal Gardens at Prince Charles Cresent. Indulgence and elegance are two words to describe this property. Their facilities have cutting-edge design that’s sophisticated without sacrificing relaxation.
Malaysia’s best condominium for this year is Harrington Suites. Looking similar with Singapore’s Principal Garden, Harrington Suites is designed to achieve an indulgent lifestyle. It connects with nature and plays with edgy design
Best Residential High Rise Development
High-rise residential properties were also given the spotlight. In the Philippines, The Radiance Manila Bay received the Best Residential High Rise Development nod. Its advantage over the others is that it faces Manila Bay, wherein you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and feel relaxed in the middle of the busy city.
In Thailand, The Lofts Ekkamai bagged the best residential high-rise property award. This Thailand property promotes a lifestyle that is cool, fashionable, dynamic and unique. Its design is centred to stay hip, but still very comfortable.
Asia Pacific Nominees
Real estate in Asia properties is booming, with 80 nominees for different categories this year. Singapore’s Principal Garden and Thailand’s Twinpalms Residences MontAzure are nominated for Best Condominium. On the other hand, nominees for Best Residential High-rise Development are The Serai Resorts from India, and Landmark 81 from Vietnam.
Asia properties are truly worth the recognition and investment. The observable trend now is connecting style with comfort and nature. If you are interested in an overseas property investment, make sure that you are getting the cream of the crop.
