Last October, newcomer Thailand property developer Amaranta Development fronted property news for launching a new overseas property project called Amaranta Residence.

The Thailand property will be located on Pracha Rat Bamphen Road Soi 5 in the Huai Khwang area. It’s near the company’s hotels, Amaranta Hotel and Amaranta Suites. The company will provide its buyers the same world-class services from its hotels, attracting overseas property buyers who wish to enjoy hotel-like services at home. They will have housekeeping, in-room dining, laundry, transportation (to and from MRT’s Huay Kwang station) services, and even a 24-hour concierge at their disposal.

“We will develop and open the hotel before launching the condo so that the condo can benefit from the services and maintenance from the hotel,” said Amaranta Managing Director Mr Sopon Asawanuchit in an interview with Bangkok Post.
The overseas property will cover 2 rai of land and stand at 8 storeys high. It will house 159 units, 42 of which will have 55-77 sqm of space. The rest will occupy 30-41 sqm. Unit prices start at 3.4 million baht.

The property is conceptualized under the theme ‘The Eminence of Timeless Luxury’. This luxurious condominium will cost about 800 billion baht to build and is expected to pull in investors with its top-notch features.

Amaranta’s proximity to the Ratchadaphisek Road is an advantage as the latter is claimed to be the next central business district in Bangkok. Commercial and business entities flock the centre, making establishments within an arm’s reach of Amaranta’s residents.

According to National Media’s interview with managing director of real-estate consultancy Knight Frank Chartered (Thailand) Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, “Ratchada-Huai Khwang and Rama IX would soon become a new CBD in the capital.”

Furthermore, the condominium will be less than a mile away from Huay Kwang MRT Station. This will provide an easy commute for its residents.

Mobile App

Residents will have full control over their unit’s electricity and air-conditioning through their handsets. Be it turning on and off appliances, or even adjusting the lighting or the temperature to residents’ preferences.

“At Amaranta we incorporate the Home Automation technology which is a control system for electricity and air conditioning, which can be operated via smartphones from a remote distance. All of these are provided to add an extra upgrade to the exclusivity of our urban living,” says Mr. Sopon Asawanuchit

The company is looking to start construction before 2016 ends. The target completion date is set for mid-2018.
