Straits times reports private Singapore property sales slid down 12.6% in April. Developers’ sales decreased from 1,780 in March to 1,555 units in April. The report named Seaside Residences by Frasers Centrepoint Singapore the “best selling condo development last month” selling 419 out of 560 units at S$ 1,736 psf.
