Are you looking to buy an overseas property investment but fear you don’t know enough about the market? The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), in partnership with Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA) and the XL Connect, brings you the much-awaited South East Asia Trade Mission 2017.
The event kicked off on August 17, 2017 at the Modena Hotel in Bangkok. During the opening day, there was an overseas property show and tour in the city. There were also four plenary sessions tackling topics on Thai economy, development, advocacies, and the Anti-Money Laundering act.

In the next two days, the guests were showered with relevant information they could use to boost their real estate businesses. The Asian real estate markets in Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines were tackled in-depth by panels and speakers. Real estate business opportunities and laws in other ASEAN countries were also discussed. On the last day in Bangkok, attendees were further equipped and given a wealth of real estate sales tips, and global market trends.
The convention then moved on to Singapore on August 21. Here, participants were updated about the US real estate market as well as the trends in the Singapore property investment market. They were also given a chance to network with their fellow realtors and see the beautiful sights in the city.
