Phnom Penh has quite a lot of high-rise building as the economic growth rates in recent years triggers it. The real estate business is booming since the past few years and the price is getting higher.

Besides its rich culture, people are getting more and more interested to do an investment in Cambodia. The investment project of Camko-city with worth estimated for more than 200 million is ongoing with investors from Korea and Indonesia joining the local investors.

A Chinese developer, China Poly Group Corporation through one of its subsidiary companies, Poly Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. has also stepped its feet to Phnom Pehn, Cambodia. Through its current development of high-rise building, Poly Mansion sets the new standard of luxurious real estate with its lavish design.

Minimalist design yet comfortable design also compliments local developer like Urban Living Solution to build a house that everyone can be proud of, as their motto. They stated that their project is made to make people who live and work in Phnom Penh feel the benefits of Cambodia’s landscape and to enforce more interaction between neighbors.

This proves that Phnom Penh is more than ready to welcome not only local developers, but even overseas investors or real estate buyers. Cambodia is no longer just ‘one of the South-East Asia countries’ but also a country where real estate lovers should keep an eye on.
